Refund policy
At Love & Soul Life Center, we respect both your time and ours. Because session times are reserved exclusively for each client, the following policies apply:
Payments
All payments for scheduled sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• One (1) reschedule is permitted with proper notice at no additional charge.
• A second reschedule for the same booked session will result in forfeiture of the session payment and will require a new booking.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
Missed Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a missed appointment and is non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in cases of documented billing error, duplicate payment, or technical processing issues.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
